Liquor Licence Requirements

HAZ can now apply or renew Liquor Licencincing on behalf of its members. For HAZ to process the Liquor Licence renewals for members they need the following:-

  • HAZ processing fee of $75
  • 2 photocopies of the old licence
  • Health Report
  • Liquor Renewal fee according to the rating of the member as show on the table below.
